We would ideally like you to have (or be working towards) at least NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and have experience working either in a care home or in domiciliary care. We will expect you to undergo a DBS check, and go through our thorough induction training programme. You will also need to be a car owner/driver and use an Android smartphone or iPhone to use our PASS software.
